Champions of Class vs. Best of Breed
Champions & reserve champions of class are the very best of all the breeds within their class. Classes are as follows:
Large Fowl-American, Continental, AOSB, English, Mediterranean, & Asiatic
Bantam- RCCL, SCCL, AOCCL, Feather-legged, Modern Game, Old English
Water Fowl- Ducks and Geese
Turkey
Guinea
Best of Breed & Reserve of Breed are chosen from the first, second, third choices from each color variety in each Breed Class. For example: there would be a Best of Breed and Reserve of Breed for black Ameraucanas, buff Ameraucanas, and white Ameraucanas. Ameraucanas are only one breed within in the AOSB class. Each Best of Breed would be compared and only 1 would be chosen to win the Champion of AOSB and then second place would be the Reserve Champion AOSB.
This would be repeated for each class until there were 1 Champion & 1 Reserve Champion for Large Fowl- American, Continental, AOSB, English, Mediterranean, & Asiatic; Bantam- RCCL, SCCL, AOCCL, Feather-legged, Modern Game, & Old English; Water Fowl- Ducks & Geese; Turkey; Guinea.
