Champions of Class vs. Best of Breed

Champions and Reserve Champions of a class are the best of all breeds within that class.
The classes are:
Large Fowl - American, Continental, All Other Standard Breeds (AOSB), English, Mediterranean, and Asiatic
Bantam - Rose Comb Clean Leg (RCCL), Single Comb Clean Leg (SCCL), All Other Comb Clean Leg (AOCCL), Feather-legged, Modern Game, Old English
Waterfowl - Ducks and Geese
Turkey
Guinea

Best of Breed and Reserve of Breed are selected from the first, second, and third placements within each color variety of each Breed Class. For example, black, buff, and white Ameraucanas each have their own Best of Breed and Reserve of Breed. Afterward, the Best of Breed winners from all breeds in the AOSB class are compared. One is chosen as the Champion of AOSB, and the runner-up becomes the Reserve Champion of AOSB.

This process is repeated for each class, so that there is one Champion and one Reserve Champion chosen for each of the following categories: Large Fowl-American, Continental, AOSB, English, Mediterranean, and Asiatic; Bantam-RCCL, SCCL, AOCCL, Feather-legged, Modern Game, and Old English; Water Fowl-Ducks and Geese; Turkey; and Guinea.

Here are some examples of our 2012 Champion and Reserve Champions
in the above-mentioned classes.
